I had never heard of this brand before, but it had great reviews and the price was excellent so I decided to give it a shot. The item arrived on time, and was a black, plastic, screw lid tub which looks exactly like the picture and was approximately four to five inches high and four to five inches in diameter.The tub was well sealed for freshness and the product inside showed no evidence of clumping at all. The powder itself is very course, with granules the size of course salt or sand and it mixes up well in water, juice or any other drink (I normally put it in a smoothie).I had been out of beta alanine for a few months so I once I started taking it I was able to notice the difference. I take two doses per day, split through the day, and after about two weeks I noticed my stamina in the gym really took off. I was able to spend more time on my cardio with less exhaustion, and I could lift longer and push out more sets with more energy.Another way you can tell you have a good beta alanine supplement is the tingle. I good quality one will give you a tingling flush twenty to thirty minutes after you take it. With a weak beta alanine the tingle will be light and go away quickly. With this particular beta alanine it almost feels like a niacin flush, and it lingers for a good long time before it passes. Based on the the tingle alone, I would say this is one of the best beta alanine supplements I've ever taken.When you factor in the price, the quality and potency, and the amount you get, this is my go to beta alanine from now on. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended. *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 16, 2017* I do one scoop using their scooper about 30 minutes before my workout, I believe it is about 3 grams.
