I've tried a couple or so of the unofficial ones over the years (there were no official ones) and they were meh at best. These are rock solid. They fit well to the razor, the price is reasonable, and they are durable.

You typically get a standard set with wahl products but I use the clippers to cut my golden retrievers fur. The #12 is so perfect for a long cut all over and then I’ll go back in with smaller sizes to clean up her chest, back side, paws. The quality appears to be standard to what you receive in the starter kit. I would say it’s well worth the price paid for what it saves me at the groomers!

Most clipper guards of this length get flimsy and or stop being able to guide the hair into the clippers well, even stainless steel Oster dog clipper guards I resorted to trying lol, so I was excited to see new genuine Wahl clipper guards a whole inch and a half, and they do as a good a job as their shorter guards and I cut my hair in like 5-10 minutes for free and it comes out perfect every time, so I just keep my hair at this length and it always stays looking good, huge improvement to my quality of life

The fit is pretty tight and one needs to be mindful of "easing" the back of the attachments over the back of the clipper, but these are very useful for cutting my hair in the very short pixie/shag I like. I'm not paying $60.00 to get my hair cut every 30 days, and I am in charge of any touchups I need to make.

Llevo años cortándole el pelo a mi esposo, y cortándomelo yo. Siempre uso una cortadora eléctrica. Pero yo, me tenía que cortar con tijeras la parte de arriba de la cabeza, pues no había un peine grande para no dejarlo tan corto. El otro día encontré estos, y lo que me tomaba una hora + ¡ahora me tomó media hora! :-) ¡Excelente producto!

Comme d'autres, j'ai reçu cet ensemble dans un sac de papier et non dans une boite de Wahl. Pourrait être une copie chinoise. Cependant, je dois dire qu'il est parfaitement compatible avec mon rasoir Wahl 5 Star Magic Clip. De plus, l'essai est concluant : convient parfaitement à mon type de chevelure très épais. Reste à souhaiter qu'il demeure fonctionnel pour de longues années. 4.5/5
