Love the size and the way this looks. The quality is very good and it was so simple to set up. I love how bright it is and that it automatically shuts off at night. I also love that you can invite friends and family to share photos easily through the app.

Got this for my mom’s birthday and honestly was actually really impressed with this display graphics and ease of use. Had one awhile ago and it was slower and was expecting the same but the picture quality is great and you can just upload stuff so easily. Really great.

This was a gift. It made a great gift. Our daughter loves it!! The picture quality is stunning! The pictures look like portraits because it's a larger format. She put it on a brass easel. Its nice and bright and easy to send pictures from the phone.

This frame was given as a gift and it was a huge hit. We bought the larger size because it was a gift for seniors and we wanted it to be able to be seen from across a large room. My in-laws absolutely loved the frame, the ease of setup, and how clearly the pictures were displayed. This gift was an A+ in our book!

This was a gift. Set up was easy, internet connection also. Unfortunately the App only allows you to upload 10 pictures at a time. I take a lot of pictures so I figured that I would put my pics on a flash drive in folders to conserve space on the hard drive of the frame. It's a fine idea but the frame doesn't recognize folders on a flash drive so if you upload 1500 pics - and set it to exterior memory - it will go through all 1500 even though they may be categorized into separate folders. As I said this was a gift and I am enjoying it very much. I will most likely upgrade at a later time with those things in mind as well as a cordless model. I am using mine on an end table because I don't want the cord hanging down my wall.

The size is perfect, easy to use and my whole family enjoys it. It looks pretty and it’s delightful to watch my family every day. The picture quality is great.

When I first turned it on, the screen kept glitching and then froze after a couple of minutes. I had to hold the power button to turn it off since you’re not supposed to unplug it while it’s on. When it finally stopped glitching, I kept getting this annoying error message saying “Gboard has stopped.” I reached out to the seller hoping for a replacement, but they were super unhelpful. Instead of just sending a new one, they gave me this generic troubleshooting advice and told me to unplug it to reset it. Then they said if that didn’t work, I should contact them again so they could “further investigate” — whatever that means. I wasn’t even outside the return window — I contacted them just three days after getting it. Trying to give it another chance, I went through the whole process of turning it off, unplugging it, and starting over several times before it finally started working. But even after that, it still glitched at least once a day. I also noticed the sleep timer didn’t work. I had it set to turn off at midnight and turn back on at 9 a.m., but it just stayed off until I manually restarted it. Honestly, I think this unit was just defective, and for something that originally costs $300, I expected way better. There are definitely better (and cheaper) options out there. Don’t waste your time or money on this one!!

I'm so happy I splurged on this frame! Pros: can be wall mounted or desktop, in either orientation. Colors are vibrant in the photos, and the photos are crystal clear. The app is easy to set up and add photos to it. Videos play as well, and you can decide how high you want to volume for these. Having the time display was a feature I didn't think too much about, but seems to be very handy! I love seeing the photos scroll by. I have the settings on shuffle, and 30 seconds for each photo (you can also change this up). You can swipe through photos as well. Cons: You can only add 10 photos at a time in the app, or you'll have to pay a subscription fee. You can upload many more at a time by connecting the frame to your computer, but I had limited success with this, as it seemed a bit glitchy doing it that way. The weather feature is neat, but I don't know what location it is pulling from, and can't figure out how to change it. It's always showing a temp that's 5-9 degrees warmer than we actually are... Overall, I love this frame. The easy way to add photos meant that at Thanksgiving I was able to add photos in real time, much to my guests delight.
