Having had Cat safety trainers in the past, I know that they tend to be a good 'fit' for my feet. The good things: these look smart, they fit comfortably, they grip well (even on wet, metallic surfaces) & they aren't too hot. Only down side is that they are a bit heavier than I expected (I think they have steel toecaps, rather than composite ones). Overall, I'm happy with them. I just wish my work would supply safety footwear that fitted me & were comfy - it's just the cheapest ones & they don't agree with my feet at all! I've changed my review from 4 stars to 5 - after wearing them for a few days, these boots are ever more comfortable - even the weight doesn't bother me. They keep your feet reasonably cool (unlike my previous boots....) & are comfy enough to walk about in all day. In short, I'd quite happily buy these boots again, they are worth every penny! Just to add another good point - they are extremely well made & long lasting! I use them at work all the time, it's now Jan 2021 and they are still going strong & just as good👍, which is excellent - walking trainers usually only last about 6 months or so with me, these are close to 2 years old & still in great condition. As an additional note - it's March 2021 & although my boots are still perfectly wearable (some very slight wear around the external toe protection - which hasn't comprised the boots structure at all), I like them so much that I've just bought another pair, which will be kept until my original pair fall apart (which looks like it will be a while yet....)! It's now August 2024 & I've just purchased my 3rd pair of these boots - got a good 2 years of hard wearing out of the last pair. Still haven't found anything that's as good yet!
