Good unit
I’ve had this running in my crawl space for over a year. Works well. The temp sensor broke and reported E2 code but the company sent a new one to replace it. Worked like a charm and easy to get support.

Zero issues. Running in kitchen, auto gravity drains into sink. Performance & longevity excellent.
My kitchen, living room and dining room are all on one level of the house. I monitor the crawlspace and upstairs. Plus this machine has its own temp & humidity readout. Running this unit reduces my whole home humidity. Even in the crawl space. I'd say when running constantly it pulls the % down 20 - 40% below what I had . I really like that I am now at 40 - 45% when the outside is 95% and raining. I can easily "stay ahead" of humidity now. Before when outside was 95% my crawl space would soon follow to near 90%. House would get up to 70+%. Right now its 73% outside. Inside is 35% all the way up in my back room. And my kitchen / 2nd floor area is like 33%. It does produce warm air. Sound noise level is not loud but is noticeable so i turn up the tv a bit. House is 2100 Sq ft. I have had this turned on for 3+ months 24/7. Adjustable target humidity. It will turn off once it reaches preset. I set mine on 30% and it kicks off and on as needed. Of course outside % has been dropping sometimes as winter approaches. I may install it in my crawl space in the future but its tight under there. Oh, the auto pump-out feature works perfectly if you cap off the auto drain port. It consumes some power of course. I dont know how much. If you can afford a bit more electrical bill it's super worth it.

Terrible service Froze over in 1year 2Months. It's useless now. Don't Buy!
Well, this unit is garbage in 1yr 2 mo. I have sent a request for help from the manufacturer, and they replied and asked for data that I actually already gave them, so I replied with the information. They say over 1 year, so they can do nothing but advise repair. The unit freezes up in less than 12 hours and begins to frost in less than an hour. DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT. They do not stand behind it. I used it in a heated garage, and the temperature range was from 50 to 65 degrees in the winter. I had a consumer unit for almost 10 years before it failed, and it was half the price! This unit, for the price and its information before sale, should last 5 years easily. This makes it very difficult to purchase higher-priced items from Amazon when these manufacturers are selling this junk! I have not heard from them in over a week now.

So far so good
I saw posts say this doesn't come with the remote. It does. The display screen in the unit comes out. You have to remove the panel there, and unscrew the 2 screws. Then you fill the hole with the metal piece provided. The instructions are in the book, with diagram of how to do it. I am a woman in my 60s and did the entire thing myself, including lowering into my crawlspace from the room above. It is November so I didn't expect a great amount of water since the temperature has dropped but so far I have been getting about 4 gallons I guestimate. I only installed this a day ago, but it is working great. I am able to view the humidity level from up here in the house. The cord to the display is long. So is the one hose that goes to the pump. It also has a shorter hose if you just want to drain it by gravity. If memory serves me, the gravity hose is 6 feet, the pump hose is 16 feet and the display cord is 32.8 feet. The power cord was not as long as it could be but it reached. It is super quiet. I have to put my ear to the floor to be able to hear if it is running. I can barely hear anything with my ear to the floor. It has a washable filter so you don't have the expense of buying replacement filters. Right now I am installing a utility sink to drain it in. Right now I am just using a 5 gallon bucket. The hose doesn't flop out of the bucket, so it should stay in the utility sink just fine. It is long enough that I could have pumped it outside but I didn't want to flood my yard. You can also plumb it to drain into your drain line I suppose. So far so good. If anything changes I will update this review.

Kept my basment at 45 humidity.
I have had this for a year now, works well for me so far. We had a big mold issue in our basment and we got this as soon as we got it fixed to try to not have to go though the mold issue ever again. It kept my basment at 45 humidity for most of the year. I turned it off for the winter since it tends to be more on the dry side during winter anyways and i do not heat the basment.

Good value and packed with features.
So far everyone works as it should used for 2 summers to maintain low humidity in crawl space. Humidity reading can be off since it reads the humidity from the units chassis but its easy to compensate for that by getting an inexpensive wall mount hygrometer

Dead in 10 months
Purchased this unit last November 2024 and it stopped working in September 2025. Filled out a warranty claim with company through Amazon and never received a reply from Creworks. Amazon sent me a survey asking how the company responded and replied they haven't.
