Works well, color blends into house exterior color well, pan and tilt work well

At first it was like impossible to get this working properly (using most features) was able to get VCA working on NVR with line crossing and intrusion. Not the best 4K video but for price point and share limit of mini ptz on the market I will settle

This is my fourth purchase of this particular camera. The quality is completely beyond other 4K PTZ cameras I have purchased in the past. I only purchase these cameras as I phase out my older cameras. The video detail and color is superb. Very intelligent settings to match environmental needs for well-thought-out security monitoring. These cameras are subjected to very tough weather changes and sail through weather events without fail. I highly recommend these cameras if you demand close-up detail in your NVR recordings of detection events day or night.

This item would not function with Dahua cameras

This image quality is comparable to other 4k cameras I have. The ptz function is worth the higher cost to me. I can't find any information on who makes the camera. It connected to my Amcrest nvr using ONVIF with no problems. The ptz funtions worked with no problems through the nvr. Another reviewer had a problem with a the password reset. My camera has a factory reset button on the bottom side of the pcb, just under the micro sd card slot(see image). Holding the button for 15 seconds with power connected reset the camera to factory defaults.

This is a great camera for the price. Picture was clear the PTZ works great and it integrated with no problems with my Uniview system.

Very impressed with the quality of the image, especially at night. Really like the adjustable white spotlight and PTZ ability. Pairs with Blue Iris perfectly.

How/where do I get tech support. I am using blue iris. It detect the camera but I get "no signal"
