Can I get replacement covers for the ear pieces? My husband's have worn out and hopes to use his present ear phone with the Reizen unit

It would probably be easier to purchase a cheap headset than to find the foam ear cover. Having an extra headset is not a bad idea anyway.

My mother is extremely hard of hearing. We have to almost scream at her for her to understand. Will this help? Is there something better?

We have bought these for my mother too and they worked real well, however I bought this for me to watch tv so my husband couldn't hear it so much. It was not good and I had to send this one back. Look for a different brand, this one is not so good.
