Too Many Red Flags for Me
So, before using this: especially on a sensitive area, I wanted to have some degree of the safety of the product. The product includes the typical “safe and effective” and “clinically tested” claims and they give you a code to scan for alleged authenticity, which brought me to a site with the claim that it was “the only FDA compliant delay spray with a 13% Lidocaine USP concentration.” There was nothing more there that convinced me that it was legit, I mean: anyone can slap a QR code on the outside of a box. And I was surprised it didn’t really say anything beyond that it’s a genuine product. In fact, the link appears to have no special characteristics at all, as when I inspect it with my AR code scanner, it only contains a generic URL with no special identifiers unique to that label so I that isn’t really much of a verification for me. But, ok, I decided to check out the NDC code listed in the product listing since at least they are providing it before purchase. Although it’s listed in the FDA’s NDC directory through 2025, it’s important to understand that it is not FDA-approved. I see that a prior listing (before 2020) has it tied to an old OTC monograph (Part 348 for topical anesthetics), but now, it no longer has an official monograph assignment — it now shows “N/A” in the FDA system, with the category “unapproved drug other.” So it’s essentially a self-certified by the manufacturer but not one that has been formally reviewed for safety or effectiveness. So, I do appreciate the self-certification, but the red flags to get there are the issue for me. Given that there’s FDA guidance from 2024 warning consumers about lidocaine products over 4% (and this contains 13% lidocaine), I find the “FDA compliance” and label to be misleading. Without any way to evaluate safety, effectiveness, and quality other than the manufacturer's word (and with language that should have been clear to establish trust), this is not a product that I feel comfortable recommending in any capacity. Not to mention: the bottle itself appears to contain very little liquid, so I can’t see it lasting many sprays. Hope this helps!

I am not sure how to make this work for me.
I am just not sure. I tried one spray with some apprehension and found it to be lacking in effect and strength and value. I suppose these things work as a placebo sometimes or clinically if the numbing is strong enough but there are so many factors to "delay" (sights, sounds, mood etc) that It is hard to bottle success in this area. While I did feel a loss of sensation it wasn't enough to change anything, and I definitely feel that there isn't enough here in this bottle for someone it does work for to get the value they deserve. For someone that needs this effect explicitly this could be a good product, I just wish there was more of it.

Beats the Bee Stings and Bug Bites
It is a tiny bottle of lidocaine spray. I ain't putting it my junk because... But it is a numbing agent and can be used as such. Bug bites and bee stings can be eased with a simple misting. I would suggest not applying this to areas of general privacy.

Works well, but a bit pricey, tiny bottle hard to hold
This spray utilizes a lidocaine USP 13% in a tiny spray bottle. The bottle feels almost empty but in fact there are 2.6 ml inside the bottle and using the label which states that it delivers 10 mg per spray and the concentration of lidocaine is 13% I've calculated that there should be approximately 30 sprays in the bottle. So given the size of the bottle they could have put a lot more product in there because they only put 2.6 ml which is basically half of a teaspoon, and extremely tiny amount. But again you'll get about 30 sprays out of a single bottle. The spray is extremely effective at numbing any area that you apply it to just be careful not to overdo it otherwise you might not have Shangri-La till tomorrow 😆

What a WASTE!
Is there a rating less than 1? If there is, this product would definitely be so. What a waste. It started off not easily “activating” the sprayer button. There is a little button to depress to be able to then turn the pump button. Maybe because the bottle is relatively small it did not have much space to move. Once it got turned I primed the spray and might have gotten 2 or 3 squirts out of it. After that is just has an occasional dribble out of the opening. The squirts that did come out were a stream not a spray so very ineffective for the purpose. I can’t really say anything about how the intended purpose was as I couldn’t get enough out of the container to apply to the body part. With the item not being allowed to be returned it was just lost payment for no value.
