I am pretty sure the toys mini brand is only in the first series. is it possible to check this? tia

These are NOT series 3 Toy minibrands. IF YOU want to see some of what IS coming in series 3. Check out RainbowGalaxyUnboxing on the clockapp, found 10 balls not scheduled for release until March 2023

Are the mini toys functional?

Not yet tested - I got them by request of my 10yr old who also asked for the mini brands mini-mart or inside of her lol surprise omg doll house. The combo seems functional, fun n correct, size wise. All these items are Christmas 2020 presents, so they haven’t been played with yet.
