this is a piece of crap. I cannot get the tiny print software to download for my phone and the one it is showing is not my current phone and it will not let me connect to my phone of my PC. It is useless. I guess I wasted my money on this thing I can not use. I have downloaded the software from google store but it will not download to my PC on the phone and it will not work on my Samsung Galaxy 15 a. the Google software will not give me the option to load on the pc on the phone and I cannot delete the phone that it is showing or add another phone. Very disappointed this company sucks so Amazon you need to stop selling crap like this.

I absolutely love this mini printer! It's super compact, easy to carry in my bag, and connects effortlessly to my phone. Setup was quick, and the app is really intuitive with tons of fun templates for journaling, notes, flashcards, and even little to-do lists. The fact that it’s inkless is a huge bonus, no mess, no extra cost for cartridges. The print quality is surprisingly sharp for a thermal printer, especially for text and simple graphics. I’ve been using it for journaling and labeling, and it’s made everything so much more creative and organized. It comes with 10 rolls of printing paper, which is awesome. I've tried both the plain and sticker paper, and they stick well to notebooks and planners without peeling off. Battery life is solid, I’ve used it several times a week and only had to charge it once so far. Overall, this is such a fun, useful little gadget. Highly recommend for students, crafters, or anyone who loves organizing and decorating with style.

Great mini printer, however keep in mind it DOES not print in color and if you want to make stickers you will need to buy a different paper than what it come with. It is pretty eaasy to set up, requires the app. So far i printed 3 labels and they came out good. Like i said my only gripe is thats its black and white but I m sure it was in decription and i just spaced out, so its not the companys fault

This little printer is very portable and holds charge for a respectable amount of time. I used it for college notes. I could easily take a picture of my screen, print the image, and paste it into my notebook. This is what I really needed it for because there was so much detail to remember in my class And visual examples help me best. I do think this is a good purchase for the price, but I want to let you know of some things you should prepare for. When you print, you can change the setting for how light or dark your print will be. I suggest that you print Dark because I have found that the images that I printed lightly are starting to fade. The prince where I used, the darkest settings have lasted the longest. If I needed to touch up the picture because it would become too dark, I took the photo with my regular phone camera and adjusted it that way before sending it to the printer. It is great that you can either take a picture directly or import the picture from your camera Also, the settings are limited because this is a very small machine. So be prepared to have an image that looks more like notes and less like a photograph. I also recommend getting a unit with sticker labels because they are easier for your notes. I think that the prince I made with the sticker labels are clear and more solid than when I used the non-sticker paper. If you are using non-sticker paper, I also recommend that you use a non-acidic glue or tape underneath. Otherwise, the acid in regular tape will wipe out whatever you printed. Although this is great for the price. I am giving it three stars because I did lose quite a few notes that are non-recoverable because of the quality of the label paper and no warning about printing dark.

Everything is nicely packaged upon arrival. I was wondering why some of the paper rolls had "open" stickers and the other's didn't. Nothing is labeled but I figured out that the green stickers were on the rolls that you can print stickers/labels on. The directions were written in broken English, but it is easy enough to get the point. Set up was relatively easy, but sometimes there are pop ups in what I am assuming is Chinese (see pictures). The app has lots of cool features, and it makes it easy to take a picture and print. The picture comes out WAY DARKER than the image. The printing is very fast. I was excited about the label maker option, but if you try to click on any of the features (some in Chinese), the whole app crashes! You can type a word and print it, but if you try to add a little image or click through the options, the app crashes and you have to start all over. If you want a one word label, it prints it very clearly on the printer. Overall, the printer works well on light images. The app looks like it has a lot of cool features, but you can't do much with it. Honestly, I have a label maker that I could just use....

It doesn’t work. I’ve tried connecting the required app to 3 different iPhones (with 3 different operating systems) and it still freezes on the start up screen.

A good printer. It was easy to connect to the app and the images are high quality. The only flaw is that it did not come with sticker printer as it claimed.

Did not contain any sticker (self adhesive) paper rolls, as advertised, only ordinary paper. As it was purchased specifically based on this claimed feature (inclusion of 5 rolls of adhesive paper), it is not fit for the intended purpose (printing stickers). Unhappy.
