I have had this tablet holder for over a month. It worked great at first, but after moving the swivel part more often (I used this for my stationary bike but also liked to swivel it to the side to do floor workouts as well), I was having retighten the part that held the holder to the bike. Eventually the plastic snapped. I called Amazon to see what could be done, but was told that I needed to contact Tackform. Usually, being told this, I'm not too enthusiastic at this point. I contacted their customer service to see if I could get a replacement clamp, and let me tell you...Freaking AWESOME customer service! Not only did they send me a replacement clamp, they even sent me the strap clamp from their other model to see which one I liked better (the strap one in case your wondering because it fits my bike better), no questions asked...for free. I even got the clamps in 2 days and I didn't even pay shipping. I totally recommend purchasing from this company...but I'd check out both clamp styles to see which one is better suited for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked well for us *by H***S on September 13, 2019* It worked fine on our bike, doesn’t move around too much, easy to take on and off.
