Great question! Yes. All Grinds Coffee Pouches flavors have 0g of added sugar. The flavors Vanilla, Caramel, Cinnamon Roll, Wintergreen and Cherry have an artifical sweetener in it called Acesulfame which can be found in sports drinks. Hope that answers your question!

**Q: How old do you have to be to use it**
A: It's coffee... same age to drink coffee.

**Q: Does it turn teeth brown?**
A: Yes, but if you put it on the side of your mouth it's unnoticeable.

**Q: Do you swallow this or spit like normal chew?**
A: Swallow it. Most the flavors don't taste too differently. I had some work guys that chew try this and they didn't like them too much but for a guy thats never chewed, I thought they were orertty good.
