I started using this product a few years ago while on keto and ever since then I’ve been using it even off keto and it just works. I see a noticeable difference in energy wise on days I don't end up taking it. Clean ingredients for the most part and they drop new flavors consistently which helps stave off the boredom of drinking the same flavor repeatedly. My current favorite is the Welch’s grape, but you can't go wrong with the lemon crush either.

I really love GHOST products; ingredients are clearly defined and just taste great. This in particular seems to mix well and dissolve completely in warm or cold water. This is great for recovery post effort or great during effort to prevent cramps. Price is reasonable compared to other options.

Great for gym..for distance running, not so much. Used these a lot a few years ago before Ghost blew up and inflated their prices. Found these on Prime Day. A bit too sweet for hot environments, as far as I can tell. To each their own, all in all a good source of hydration

So Yummy! This stuff has gotten me thru the summer in the sun at work. Tastes so good with a cup of ice. Dissolves easy no need for hot water to melt the powder. Great stuff. Will be ordering again.

If you love the welchs grape energy drink, you'll love this. I keep one at work to study hydrated. Easy not clumpy mix. Taste is top tier just like everything they sell. Im such a Ghost girly and love all of their products. One scoop goes a long way.

I did not like it, not sure if I got a bad tub or what but it tastes like lipstick. Tried getting used to it but no luck. I'm sticking to the cherry limeade flavor

Because of POTS, I am supposed to drink electrolytes daily. Problem is, I don't like the salty taste of most electrolytes This one tastes just like the GHOST drink from Sonic, so it is tasty and makes getting my daily allotment of electrolytes.
