Am let down this time
Ram ram ji I have been using this product for quite some time, however.......this time I have felt like am been let down.......not up to the mark....... have to keep burning it again and again

quality standards not maintained
they haven't maintained the quality .. this was my repurchase as the product quality was excellent when I first purchased it.. highly dissatisfied as the cups just break in crumble to touch...even the fragrance isn't the same .

Pros: 1. Lasts for 30 40 mins 2. Fragrance is to my liking Cons: 1. Takes a lot of time to burn 2. Produces a lot of smoke - more than other dhoops I have used

Not burning properly
The cups which are delivered this time are not burning properly even after the use of 2 kapoor tikkis.I am a customer of you're brand from last many years but this time I'm truly disappointed

Feels like burning cowdung cake.
No issue either burning it up because of the packaging, but it has no fragrance only cow dung smell everywhere. Useful in getting rid of fruit flies and mosquitoes especially in rainy season.

Very bad. Most of the cups are broken. Earlier they used to have individual packing for each cup so it used to come properly, now they all 100 pieces in one box.. more than half is broken.

Worth it
Over years I have purchased various forms of dhoop and fragrances for puja, never was satisfied with the aroma. These dhoop cones are just perfect and because the cones are made of sustainable materials it makes the environment very pleasant too. Would surely buy again and would recommend for purchase too.
