Quite good, and much better than Capella chocolate flavor drops. It does start to taste noticeably artificial if you use too many drops, but in small amounts it's really good. Quite a large bottle, too. I also want to say: I bought another bottle of Dolce Flav extract that was not up to the same quality. I reached out to Dolce Flav's email address to explain the issue and they immediately refunded me.
