Read the description carefully...This set does not come with the extension cord...but I was able to pick one up at Home Depot, fit exactly and works great. Very easy to install and light is perfect for our room.

I've had these installed in our small kitchen for more than 6 months now and they really made a difference over the old fixture. They are more spots than floods, which is good because I aimed them at the sink, the stove and counter areas and get excellent task lighting. Since they are in the kitchen, they do get a little dirty. They are easy to clean on the track, and if they need it they're easy to take off for a more thorough degreasing (no soaking, please).

This track light set looks nice and has some good features. The adjustable light "warmth" goes from 2000K to 6000K so you can set the color to match the other lights in a particular room by moving a switch on the light (see attached picture). I installed these in my office and have them set at the 4000K setting which is a little whiter than normal bulbs but is perfect for my office. The set comes with "live" end attachments (see picture) that can be hardwired to your switch. The tracks are lightweight but well-made and are attached to the ceiling easily. There is also a connector to connect the two 3.3 foot track pieces included with the set. The lights are very bright, almost too bright for a 6.6 foot length of track. There are a couple of things that weren't perfect, however. First, one of the lights resets itself from 4000K to 2000K after it's been on for a few minutes, even though the switch is set at 4000K. You can see the more orange light in the attached picture. Included in the box is contact information for the seller. I haven't yet contacted the seller for a replacement. To be honest, I may just use five of the six lights since they are so bright. Second, although the set comes with a live end that can be hardwired, you would normally need a cover to conceal the electrical box coming out of the ceiling. I had to purchase a separate box cover for about $11 at my local hardware store. It would have been nice for an outlet box cover to be included. All-in, this is a quality product. Based on the documentation included in the box it seems that the seller is eager to ensure the customer is happy and would likely replace my defective light with no issue. Recommend the product.

Very easy install, looks fantastic

For someone who is handy, this is a fairly straight forward do it yourself project. Uncomfortable working with electricity? Find an electrician, either way install the lights themselves and setting the color temperature is easy. Added a dimmer on our setup which made it nicer.

I recently bought these track lights to replace some older mismatched ones I had in my kitchen and living room. The lights were a breeze to install and the selectable light shades are amazing. Well worth the investment versus less expensive and less featured light kits. A+++++

This was a little fiddly to put up, so I'm glad I had my electronically inclined partner to do that. But really, it's no harder than any product like this would be. The lights brighten my acrylic photos beautifully and bring them to life. I have 4 pictures, and the fact that I can change the temperature so that each picture is at its best is a lovely bonus. I also like that I can adjust the level of light as the lighting doesn't need to be as strong at night. I had been a bit worried that I needed to put the lights closer than would really work, as the photos are high on the wall, above an oversized fireplace. It is fine, and they are less than 1 1/2 feet away on the ceiling.

The track and light heads are well constructed. Two H-style tracks are included. The junction point is located at the ends of each track, so you will not be able to junction a single track in the middle. Fortunately, the light head connections are of standard shape and fit in my pre-existing track (Ikea). I like the robust feel of each light head. There is a toggle switch at the back that allows you to select the colour temperature. I was disappointed to see that the temperature itself is not accurate. 2000k is definitely yellow (read: fog light yellow), while 3000k looked more like 2700k. Either that, or all my other 3000k lights in my condo were not true 3000k, either. 4000k seemed like a happy middle-ground that matched the rest of my fixtures. The light output itself seemed slightly dimmer than my pre-existing LED bulbs. Perhaps this is why 6 light heads are included? They put out a similar amount of light as my pre-existing 4 heads. The light itself is crisp and the adjustments easy to make. They cast a good working light into all nooks and crannies of my small kitchen. Overall, the light heads are great. The tracks do not offer flexible mounting options. Good news is that they will likely fit a same-style track in your home. YMMV.

Very easy to install, and each light is bright and fully adjustable (5 light frequencies). The tracks are more than long enough for most uses, and the tracks allow for light placement chosen by your specific needs. I installed these in place of wall fixtures, on 2 of my dining room walls, and they are perfect! I must also add that I expected a small set, with cheap fixtures, but these are strong, well-made, and great quality!

We’ve been wanting to upgrade our 2 sets of builder grade track lights but have taken our time in choosing the next set of lights to make sure they meet our needs going forward. The lighting adjustment is not by dimmer switch or by remote control or by app, it’s done manually on the back of each light fixture, not super convenient but much more convenient than having to buy and switch out different bulb types. Because a previous fixture was already in place, it was very easy to install - or at least seemed like it as I wasn’t the one to actually do it, but there were no complaints from him! So far, we’re happy with them, we will keep observing and update with any flaws we notice.
