Q: How do you get the lamps out to replace them?

difficult..but you need a rubber sucker one usually coms with a box of lamps or get one fromlamp supplier

Q: Where do the rubber seals go? All three of my bulbs have come loose so I've taken them out and the rubber seal came off with them.

I also had trouble with the seals and assumed they were provided for transport reasons. It is almost impossible to instal the bulbs and keep the seals. You may also find this applied to the fitting of the outer container to the fixed ceiling part

Q: Does this fitting rust in bathroom?

It should not because it is rated ( IP44) ,for a room with moisture such as as a bathroom or kitchen. I have this fitted in the kitchen

Q: Are these lights dimmable?

The unit comes without bulbs, it can be dimmable, just make sure that if you are using L.E.D's, they are the dimmable kind
