BCAA CAPSULES is a perfect combination of branched-chain amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine in the optimal ratio of 2:1:1 to help support muscle protein synthesis and aid muscle growth and recovery.L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine are essential amino acids (cannot be made within the body and need to be provided with food) widely regarded as the most important amino acids for athletes. They account for 33% of muscle protein and are metabolised directly in the muscles therefore may improve nitrogen retention. Demand for those amino acids is especially high during intense physical effort.The formula is enriched with vitamin B6, which supports proper protein and glycogen metabolism and helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. We also added Alpha Lipoic Acid which acts as a synergist with B6 to help in the production of energy from the proteins, carbohydrates and fats you consume via your diet. Finally, Black Pepper contains piperine which improves the absorption of all nutrients contained in the capsule.INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Take three to six capsules 30-45 minutes before training and repeat immediately after the training.This product is a food enhancer to supplement a healthy diet and regular training routine. Do not take more than the recommended dose and discontinue if adverse reaction occurs.
