Those who practice restorative yoga appreciate bolsters. Bolsters help one settle into the asanas and relax into the poses. Bean bolsters are well made, studio quality bolsters. They are firm, with durable and washable covers. Highly recommended. All my bolsters are Bean. Generally I prefer the hemp covers, but I do have two that are the cotton covers. They are all well made, and the cotton covers are equally durable in comparison to the hemp. If you are going to invest in yoga bolster, it makes sense to get a quality bolster. These are great!

Sturdy and firm yet comfortable. It has a little give but I don’t feel like I’m sinking into it. It feels very durable. I like that it has an out case that can be washed.

I was hesitant about ordering a bolster because it was not exactly like the ones from yoga class - I was afraid it would be uncomfortable or too soft for my neck and back problems. After receiving the package, I could not wait to test it out. To my surprise and delight, it was nice and firm for what I need a yoga bolster to be. I love supporting small businesses as well. Double bonus. Will buy more of these for sure!!!

When it first got here, I thought it felt really light, - too light to be very supportive - but was pleasantly surprised at how firm it is! Being plus size a firm bolster is essential, this Bean bolster fits that need.

When I first opened the box, I thought it was enormous! I immediately set it on my yoga mat and got down to floor and hung my legs over the round bolster. I laid back and my legs were perfectly supported under the knees and my lumbar was nice and flat against the mat. Perfection! I ordered this larger round bolster to be certain it would be tall enough and wide enough to comfortably support my knees...I highly recommend it. I feel as if it were any smaller, I wouldn't get a high enough rise to be effective. Has a strap at the end for carrying, sturdy with a good texture to the outer cloth layer. Not slippery. Ideal bolster for raising knees! Perfect for Savasana and yoga poses. I feel this will last.

After researching bolster pillows forEVER… this one fit the bill and is perfect. It’s firm, supportive, and comfortable. The cover is washable and the handle at the end makes it easy to tote and move around. No lumps. Just great even support.

I am so happy with my bolster. It arrived quickly. While it is great for yoga, I've used it at night to help me prop my arm after having had shoulder surgery. For some reason my pain is much worse at night. I'm a side sleeper. After the surgery the only way I could sleep to avoid pain was on my back. I bought a wedge to help but even then I couldn't fall asleep. This bolster allows me to sleep on my good side while elevating my injured arm in a way that is not painful. It has become my favorite sleep aid.

I can’t say enough about this brand of yoga bolster. This is my second one because I love thier color selection and durability. The yellow is bright and cheerful.

This is great for my spine and for stretching out my lower back and opening up my upper chest muscles. My son uses it for meditating. Good buy.
