This book, without question, is the very best for those of us suffering from stomach/bowel issues. If you haven't been able to find help, this book will give you the best possible information.I have had gastric problems for almost 40 years and have seen many, many doctors - none could explain and help me completely understand my difficulties and what might help to eliminate them.Many thanks to the author - I've purchased one book for myself and one for my daughter.  I would highly recommend it!

Very informative book and easy to read.  If you or anyone you know has any kind of digestive issue, Dr. Wolf covers it all from acid reflux to cramps, constitation, diarrhea, bowel leakage and IBS. She demonstrates that you are not alone - there are so many others facing what you thought might be yours alone, and often in a much more extreme form.  It helps to put things into perspective.  And she offers guidance and solutions.  I highly recommend it.
