I actually put it back in the plastic bag it came in to keep it clean and not smell. **Q: Does it have to be stored in the freezer? What if you aren't going to need it for a while like a month or two. Would it adversely affect the pack?** A: Yes, you need to store in the freezer. My freezer broke and while replacing it, I stored these on a shelf. I forgot about them until a month later when I needed one. The clay had dried out. It still freezes, but it is now lumpy and not flexible. :( **Q: Has anyone else measured the product they received? The one that I just received is actually 11 1/2" not 12", and it is 20" long not 21" as advertised** A: I just measured mine and it’s 20.5 inches long by 11.5 inches wide. The company must be rounding up the actual numbers is all I can think of. ## Frequently Bought Together - ICEWRAPS 12"x21" Extra Large Ice Pack with Soft Fabric Cover | Clay Ice Pack for Physical Therapy | Soft Ice Packs for Injuries Reusable Blue - Gel Soft Flexible Ice Pack for Injuries Reusable - (Large: 11"x14.5") for Hip, Shoulder, Knee, Back - Comfy Cold Pack Compress for Swelling, Bruises, Surgery - AiricePac Extra Large Gel Flexible Back Ice Packs for Injuries Reusable, 11”x 20” Cold Pack Wrap for Knee Leg Neck Shoulder Hip Back Pain Relief, Cold Compress Therapy for Swelling, Bruises, Surgery --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.it/products/58725436-reusable-cold-pack-with-fabric-cover-extra-large-12-x](https://www.desertcart.it/products/58725436-reusable-cold-pack-with-fabric-cover-extra-large-12-x) --- *Product available on Desertcart Italy* *Store origin: IT* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
