It worked but would freeze sometimes or skip around, and lifting it even slightly off the pad would cause it to stop working for several seconds after putting it back on the pad. I troubleshooted a lot of things about my mouse and software before trying the rough side of the leather pad. I flipped over the leather pad and use the non-glossy/natural nubuck feeling side, with the glossy side down. This fixed everything.Lessons for the manufacturer:1) Make the glossy side less glossy2) Don't use glossy or reflective surfaces intended for optical devices ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely Worth It. *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2018* This is an amazing product.
