I absolutely love this chopper. It works very well and saves a lot of time in the kitchen. The blades are sharp, and it chops vegetables evenly and quickly. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and feels sturdy. For the price, this is definitely great value for money. Highly recommended if you want a simple and effective kitchen tool.

This thing is really useful. If you want to chop up some veggies without a lot of extra work, this is the ticket. It comes with two different cutting grids sizes (one smaller, one larger) and believe you me they are sharp! It's super easy to set up, super easy to use (and it works great!), and cleanup is a breeze. It includes two cleanup tools, a small cleaning brush, and a tough plastic receiving bin to hold the cuttings. It's made of a strong, transparent plastic, and is very high quality. The Fullstar Original Pro Chopper has changed the way I prep veggies - I wish I'd found this sooner. It's become a kitchen essential, I'd buy it again, and I give it a full 5 stars.

I have used this every day since receiving it. It makes meal prep so much easier. I had a little problem chopping a yellow onion because the skin wasn’t firm enough and the chopper couldn’t cut it very well. I had no problem with the red onion or cucumbers. I also grated and sliced carrots and sliced potatoes. It cleans up easily too.

I bought this for my husband to prepare his Sunday football guacamole, but he hadn’t been able to get it away from me! I used it first to make matchstick French fries. Used the larger squares insert cutting the potatoes in half so not too tall. Came out great for oven fries and MUCH healthier. Then, instead of buying expensive spiral-cut zucchini, use smaller square insert, again cutting the zucchini in half to make shorter. It made nice little thin pieces you can boil and use in lieu of pasta. Easy to clean, too! But the best part is hammering it down as hard as you want with the side of your fist. I don’t know about you, but it makes me happy.

I bought this in May of 2023 and as of February of 2026, this little chopper is still going strong! It's super easy to use, makes chopping anything super fast, and the blades have stayed sharp as anything. I only use the two square blades, so I can't speak on the others, but if they are of the same quality, then I assume they would be great too. It cleans super well in the dishwasher as long as you brush out any bits of food in the top grid and on the blades first. Otherwise they might not wash off and end up dried to the blades, making it much harder to clean. I've had to clean the dried bits off more than once when my kid loaded the dishwasher and didn't make sure there were no food chunks on it. I especially love this thing for chopping onions. Thanks to the pieces being contained in the bin after being chopped, they don't have the opportunity to make my eyes water. I leave it all in the bin until it's time to dump it in the pan. I have recommended this thing to everyone I know, plus in posts on Reddit. It's probably my most used kitchen gadget, getting used almost every single time I cook. If it eventually bites the dust, I'll update my comment. And then probably buy another one!!!

Compact, overall really easy to use and reduces cutting time significantly. Good quality product, the blades give you a wide variety of cutting options for your veggies. just be careful when cleaning as the blades are very sharp!

The most notable issue I had with this chopper is the amount of usable area on the dicer blades for fruits & veggies (f&vs) that aren't the softer consistency of say tomatoes or peaches. In my experience, I was only able to load the rearward (i.e. closer to the pivot) two thirds to three quarters of the dicer blades with firmer f&vs like onions or carrots and have the chopper work as intended - or reallly, work at all. Attempting to use the entire area would jam the chopper. At that point, the section of whatever was being chopped in the usable area wld be partially pushed through (making removal difficult), while the forward section would remain intact and unchopped. For me to push the rest of the way through, it was necessary to remove the plate that pushes the f&vs through the dicer blades from the lever handle. Align it by hand with the lever upright, then push down, again by hand, at a more optimal angle. Stay within that usable area though, and the chopper works great. The ribbon & spiral blades work well enough and I can envision some creative uses for them in making some fancy presentations. But I don't see myself using them for day to day cooking.. All the blades and the catcher tray clean up relatively easily. The top lever section does require a bit more attention as it should be in the fully open position to clean adequately. The top plate/grid however is rather finicky as close attention must be paid to get every bit of food out of all the channels in the grid. The longer of the included brushes does work well in clearing them however.. The chopper was the headliner here for me and of course its limited utility was a disappointment. I've rated the product accordingly.
