The height is 5/8 inch before it starts to taper in, so the plank that it is mounted would probably not need to be any taller than that. **Q: Is there any oil requirements?** A: Bearings in some applications use oil, but grease is the lubricant of choice for 80 to 90% of bearings including ours. Grease consists of about 85% mineral or synthetic oil with thickeners rounding out the rest of the grease volume.
