Can you get a replacement wand for this item?

I am sure it is possible, but I do not think it would be a good idea. By the time you have worn out the wand, you would be needing to replace the gaskets, so it did not drip. It is an easy install, to replace the whole faucet and at this price point, I feel it would be cheaper in the long run. I hope this is helpful.

I have a thick counter & cast iron sink. What is the shank length?

I'm not sure which part the "shank" is, but the main post part rises to 7" and the faucet extends 7.5" from the post. The water stream is 7.5" from the post. Hope that helps. I've had this faucent for almost two years, and although the faucet part is plastic, it has held up beautifully. No discoloration, and no dripping. The sprayer and pull-out functions work just as new.

Can the supply lines be disconnected from the faucet end? I repiped my house and I need longer supply lines to reach the shut off valves.

Yes they can. Any time I change any plumbing device I always put in new supply lines. They are cheap insurance against leaks. Very easy to do, and every hardware store has a large selection of legenths.
