Essential amino acids are called essential for a reason, and these come at a great price, so I'm happy all around. The capsules are slightly on the larger side, but by tilting my head back swallowing them is no problem at all. I'll be reordering!

Great supplement to take. No taste, easy to swallow with water. They are bigger than your Advils so keep that in mind but you could open it to mix into your smoothies.

Way better, as effective and waaay less expensive than what I was taking before. My other product was making my tummy swirl. This does nothing of the sort. I am a bulk supplements regular, surprised it took me so long to find these.

I love bulk supplements. I have taken this form and also the powder form. The capsule form is easier because the powder form just taste disgusting but The powder form is Worth it if you are trying to save on money. Bulk supplement EAA capsules do work you just have to take The right amount of capsules to equal 5g to 10g to notice that it is doing something for you, but The amount of dosage is all up to you. I usually do 5g before working out sometimes 30 minutes before eating a meal and sometimes without eating and then another 5G after a workout I do not exceed 10g a day and I only take it 4 days out of the 7.

Bulk Supplements & their products rate a 5 star, I am not trying to complain about quality or effectiveness, they do great at that. My complaint is the amount of EAA’s serving size of 1,000mg is extremely low compared to what is actually needed for beneficial effects. I know everyone is different, but I am taking 10 capsules just to equal 5 grams. Most noticeable benefits are at the scale from ranges of 5-12 grams. This bottles serving of 1,000mg =1 g. Just keep this in mind when purchasing this & if it’s compatible to your needs & goals.
