Being a diabetic is always a challenge when your diet requires a sugar free diet. That is why a product like Lakanto Classic Monk Fruit Sweetener is important. For baking, Lakanto is a wonderful substitute for sugar. You will not notice a difference in the sweetness and the fact that it is Keto-friendly is big plus. I find that the sweetener with Allulose is preferable over other ingredients. It is 100% natural Monk Fruit. With it's labeling of zero calories and zero sugar alcohols, the promise for healthy nutrition is achieved. At 57 servings per container, quantity and quality provide excellent value for the money. I use Lakanto to sweeten my coffee and tea without worrying about a sugar spike. I love this product! Recommended.

Monk fruit with allulose is one of the best alternative sweeteners. Adds the perfect amount of sweetness. Stay away from the xylitol blend. Its more processed and some studies suggest it’s more harmful then good. Good on the glucose! Good on the gut! Remember - it’s expensive to get sick. Spend the extra $ and get what helps keep you healthier!

Being on a strict sugar free diet, I really love this brand. The sweetner tastes like real sugar and doesn’t have that awful fake sugar taste. It also dissolves easily and is great in homemade ice cream & other recipes. The only thing, which is not the fault of this company, is that baked goods like cookies, don’t brown as well as sugar or other sugar alcohols. But they still taste ok. This is my go to sweetner!!

This is the best tasting sugar substitute I have ever had. Not only is it very low on the glycemic index, but it can actually help glucose levels when consuming with carbs. The Value for money is its uncompromising taste and comparison to sugar when baking and making deserts. It’s a natural alternative that is derived from fruits like raisins and dates. The molecular structure is almost identical to regular sugar but does not spike blood glucose! Mixes quick and easily with beverages. The large quantity is very convenient.

I find most sweeteners to have a bad aftertaste, plus many have unfortunate heal th effects. Tried this to address those issues. Taste: wonderful for cold or room temp. I find that hot there is a slight off taste. Texture: small granules dissolve easily even in cold beverages Baking: tastes good, reduces glucose spikes Cost: really ouchy! Too expensive for me to use in baking unless my diabetic brother is visiting. I'm comparing to sugar. Not sure of the cost comparison for other sweeteners.

I have been using tgis for about a year and a half and I love it! I can sub it in recipes without having to calculate how much is needed to replace the sugar because it simple, equal parts. Yes, it does not taste exactly like sugar, but it doesn't taste awful like most artificial sweetness. I have baked with it, used it for pickling, and used it in other dessert recipes like cheesecake!!!! and in each instance it was amazing! It blends well, and provided exactly amount of sweet I was looking for. I think I would prefer to not even have to use a sugar substitute that includes monkfruit, but honestly, I'm afraid I won't like allulose by itself. So I'm buying another bag of tgis, along with a bag of pure allulose this time to see if there is a huge difference or not. I, personally, find monkfruit to typically excessively sweet, so maybe that's why this particular brand adds allulose. But I also know allulose has a tremendous amount of potential health benefits that I haven't seen reported being present with monkfruit. I may edit this review after I've tried the pure allulose to include my experience with pure allulose vs this product. Either way, yes, I 100% can say I recommend this!

Lakanto Monk with Allulose is a Great product. Great sweet taste. No bad after taste. Melts/dissolves like sugar. Great product. HOWEVER, this most recent order was shipped in one of the heavy duty paper bags, which must have been smashed by something heavy. One of the two bags of Lakanto inside was broken open, so since Amazon will not replace this damaged product I am stuck paying for 2 bags of Lakanto and only being able to use one of them. Not Good Amazon. I'm more than disappointed. Will have to find some other place to buy this product. Lakanto Monk 5 stars Amazon shipping on this order 1 star.

So happy to find this. I always loved the original with erythritol, amazing at 0 calories, no aftertaste at all (to me, and I can’t handle stevia or most sugar alternatives). Stopped using the other after studies implied risks of erythritol, but when I tried a few brands with only monk fruit they tasted terrible. I don’t understand this, but I do love this version with allulose. Very happy with and good to not have so much sugar from morning coffee etc.

In my opinion and many times I tried monk fruit. I never found it sweet enough . And if you could use alot of it and still barely can taste sweetness
