I use this every time I wash my hair. Just a nickel-quarter size bit, rub it between you palms and apply to all your hair. Lightweight and encourages the curls and waves. Does keep the frizz down too. I use a diffuser on cold setting sometimes to set the curls in with this product. I do recommend it.
