It helps a great deal with the support i need and helps with the pain ive been getting too,so Thank you,only thing is it occasionally slips,and u have to put it back in place,once uve done that its fine,thanks again,Julie.

Don’t buy
I don’t recommend this product, it’s to thick and to hard there’s no stretch in it, unless it’s a perfect size it will fall of your leg! It also has a hard ridge of plastic along the inside edges, which is very uncomfortable! It states it’s one size it’s a size medium
