I have a Steelcase Gesture chair, and since day 1, I've found it uncomfortable. I opted for using another lumbar support pillow: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IJNJAZ0 This did help some, but it was still quite uncomfortable. Then I ordered this product (GIVANLEE) and it is a game-changer. First, I'd like to add the caveat that I've only used it for a couple of hours, and it may take days or weeks for me to notice issues. But my first impressions are quite good. The GIVANLEE pillow really does make my chair so much more comfortable than my previous solution. It is quite a clever and flexible solution, and there don't seem to be too many products like it. I *will* mention two potential issues I've noticed so far: 1. It can get decently warm after a few minutes of use. But not too bad. 2. I feel like that mid-back area needs a bit more support. But I've managed to solve that by putting a very small pillow between the chair and the GIVANLEE pillow.

My husband had a stroke (bed bound). Sitting right next to his bed sit & sleep in 2 extra large folding camping chairs facing each other. I have purchased great cushions to sit on, neck support when I slept, & tried several back pillows that didn't work. This item is perfect for me. It supports, so comfortable, & is not hot!!! During the day I use it upright in the chair. When I slept I turn it sideways in the chair with my neck cushion. When I lay down I fold it up for support under my legs. I'm using this on my desk chair, which is a decent desk chair that offers some lumbar support function and whatever but I've always found it hard. This cushion flows with the shape of my chair really well, while providing me with some comfortable cushioning. I have mine all the way down to the bottom of the chair and one "block" hangs over the top. It NEVER moves or shifts or slides (something I found very problematic with the 2 lumbar cushions I tried before this one). I've been using this for a month and think it's perfect.
