Effective and good quality
Seems to be working and helping me clear out. No allergic reactions. First couple days my stomach rumbled and then eliminated a huge mucus strand of bacteria. It works.

Great product.
This is a great product . I make yogurt with the capsules as a starter. Produces good yogurt I put two tbl of inulin for food for the capsule powder into a qt of milk and put in yogurt maker after I stir it around. 36 hours and it’s creamy yogurt. I use one capsule only, but you can use more if you wish.

Not convinced
I haven't noticed any changes since I started taking this a month ago, but to be fair I haven't noticed any oral probiotic to be helpful. I have recurring stubborn BV and so far suppositories have been the best solution for me.
