Excellent product, super easy to set us and very handy product

Set up was a bit tricky and sometimes the app isn't syncing with the build (saying it's off when it's on, not allowing me to use the music syncing feature etc). But overall a fun product.

App is integrated with Shortcuts on apple for automation. Very responsive.

The WiZ bulb stood out because it connects directly via WiFi and includes a built-in motion sensor, offering a complete smart lighting solution in one unit. The Key Features (The Pros): Effortless Setup (No Hub Required!): Installation was incredibly simple. I screwed in the bulb, downloaded the WiZ app, and the bulb was connected to my 2.4 GHz WiFi network within minutes. It works seamlessly with Alexa and Google Home right out of the box. Brilliant Colour & Tunable White: The colour range is fantastic—vibrant and rich for setting the mood for parties or movie nights. More importantly, the tunable white light is excellent, allowing me to switch from cool, productive daylight (perfect for working) to warm, cozy soft white (great for winding down). Built-in Motion Sensor Functionality: This is the most underrated feature. You can program the bulb to turn on automatically when motion is detected in its area (e.g., in a hallway or utility room) and turn off after a set time. This makes the bulb exceptionally smart for automation and security without needing a separate sensor on the wall. Scheduling and Scenes: The app is intuitive for setting up schedules (e.g., wake-up light scenes) and pre-set lighting moods. The Circadian Rhythm feature, which slowly shifts the light colour throughout the day to match natural light, is wonderful for mood and energy. Energy Efficient: At just 8.5W, it provides plenty of bright light while keeping energy consumption low. Things to Note (Tips): 2.4 GHz WiFi: Like most smart home devices, it requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Make sure your router is configured to support this. Sensor Range: The motion sensor works best when the bulb is in an area that doesn't have too many obstructions. This is hands down the best smart bulb I’ve tried — way better than the cheaper ones. The WiZ app is fun and easy to use, and setup was a breeze with auto connection via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
