Excellent Product – Restores Trim Like New
I bought Solution Finish – Black Plastic & Vinyl Restorer (1 oz.) after a friend recommended it, and I’m very impressed. It restores faded black plastic and vinyl, bringing back a deep, rich colour without leaving a greasy finish. I used it on exterior car trim that had turned grey, and the results were immediate. A little goes a long way, and it looks long-lasting. Very happy with this product.

This is what you’re looking for!
This is exactly what you’re looking for! Absolute miracle in a bottle. Cheap carwash used over-acidic soap and left white spray stains on black plastic trim all over one side. Tried everything n told id need it replacing at the cost of several hundred £. Not true - got this and literally did the job in one coat! Wish id taken before and after pics but it’s brilliant and easy to use - the supplier sends a little card with easy 4-step instruction. Dispatched immediately so arrived super quickly. Yes it’s a little bottle but a tiny amount goes a really long way. 100% worth it and would recommend.

Expensive but good
Let's start with the cost - it's really expensive for a tiny bottle, so it needs to be good to justify it. I applied this product to some very faded and naff looking bumpers on an old renault megane in April 2022. I'm writing this review in Sept 2022, 5 months later. Happy to say the bumpers look as good now as they did when I treated them back in April. It was super easy to apply, covered exceptionally well, and has retained its looks. Compared to the many cheaper products I had tried that looked OK for a few days or weeks before losing their effectiveness, this stuff is in a different league. Expensive, yes, but way better than I expected and I would happily recommend. A small bottle really will go a long way, cover well, and appears to genuinely last the course. A good purchase. 5 stars for quality, 1 star off for the price!

Fantastic
What can any say about this product apart from its amazing, does the best job in restoring plastic trims, easy to apply and level, good longevity and even longer if toped with a ceramic coating

Beware, tiny bottle.
Works great, but the bottle is tiny for the price of it.

Great product
So far so good, makes plastic trim look like new. Super easy to use, a little goes a long way plus no need to mask off. Hopefully it has longevity!

Don't believe the hype
I thought this product was dreadful. Vastly overpriced and vastly disappointing. It smears on in an inconsistent way. If it rubs onto adjacent surfaces, it affects the wax of finish. It also doesn't dry very well, so the following day it will rub onto your skin if you touch it. Achieving a constant colour is not easy as you apply and the promotion that 'a little goes a long way' is just a gimmick slogan with no depth. I will never buy this product again nor will I recommend it to a friend or enemy. Look elsewhere folks.

It works!
Excellent for restoring faded trim. Advice: if you're going to clean the car with a polish that produces white powder (like autoglym super resin polish) then make this plastic treatment your very last cleaning step. The plastic restoration product goes on easily but it remains tacky until dry. I managed to get powder from my polish stuck in the newly treated plastic. Also, you might find it useful to mask the area around to avoid having to wipe up excess /overspill. It appears to go off after a while and stops being a magnet for particles. Estimate about an hour or two at 23 degrees C. I've only treated today so time will tell if it lasts! Impressed so far. Update 12 weeks later: still looking really good. See my photo. 9 months later: it did start to fade a little, but I don’t think it went back to its original faded colour entirely. I’ve retreated again but this time it took longer to stop being sticky. This time it was more like 13 degrees C, rather than 23. It took 2-3 days before it stopped feeling sticky to the touch. So in cooler weather, you might find little particles stick to the treated plastic for a while. Im still impressed and I do think it is worth buying.
