The little blue tube has an ingenious dispenser. You turn the tube with the cap in the down position and, leaving the cap ON, twist the cap one or two times. The pellets drop into the cap like a little cup. Remove the cap and pour the pellets directly into your mouth. This is to prevent you from touching the pellets, and it regulates how many you administer at one time. If you are acquainted with the principles of homeopathy, you know this remedy has many more indications than the words typed on the tube.

This stuff is a lifesaver! I have always struggled with anxiety, and I recently discovered that even the slightest bit of sugar sets it off horribly. I made the mistake of eating a bowl of cereal, forgetting how much lactose (aka sugar) is in milk, and the resulting anxiety was so horrible. I took this and it definitely helped. I had to take it a few times throughout the day, but it certainly calmed me down. Normally, I would be dealing with anxiety for a good two to three days, but instead, I felt much better in less than a day. I don't plan on making the same mistake any time soon, but I imagine this will help a lot with monthly mood swings, as well. Or just any time the anxiety gets bad.
