It is a really good stud for your teen to make a plastic arts at home together, we being enjoying it more than a two years, it is surprising results in the end as completed item looks surreal however posible , worthy to purchase.

I actually bought these in order to have a variety-pack of colors to use with my 3d printer not for making colored objects, but for printing a top-layer of text or adding a top-layer of color only to objects, without having to buy 250g or kg spools in dozens of colors. They work really, really well for the purpose I am using them, and give very nice contrasting text for making things with measuring lines and instructions, and surface images. There is not much filiment in each color, I don't see how these get used by a 3d pen to make anything of size, but several meters each is sufficient for highlighting colors on print surfaces with a nice spectrum.
