Bought two of these. One as a timer for the hot tub and the other for the driveway lights. They were simple to install and worked straight out of the box. The app is easy to install, making the switch simple to program. The design is a bit chunky. As mine are both out of sight that was not a problem. For the tech savvy they are 16 amp so able to cope with the load for the hot tub heater. All round good buy and great value for money.

Superb quality product. Easy to fit/set up and works superbly well. Connects via the excellent Smartlife app which is far better than most of the others. Good value.

I'm using this on Immersion heater to give a short boost early morning on cheap rate and the whole concept of being able to do this on your phone or by timed settings from app or google home is rather excellent. I do wonder what happens 'eventually' when the app is no longer available sir for your replacement phone. Somewhat fiddly to wire up but I managed OK with care.

Great plug easy to install and link up to the app. But it doesn’t last long. 9 months to be exact. Now is dead.

Good quality product, works well, no issues setting up app and connecting to WiFi (BT Smart Hub 2). Replaces mechanical timer when mechanism broke. Nice to be able to control lights from app now and no more fiddling about when the hour changes. Very pleased, especially for the price.

A great product that does everything needed the app is fine but this product shines with Alexa Intergration, while you can set timer for it to come on whether in the companion app or in the Alexa app I generally just ask Alexa to turn on my heating for 20 minutes when needed and have saved so much fuel as mine is controlling a kerosene burner. Great product works perfectly.

Excellent Wifi switch, connected to the router straight away no fuss, a bit fiddly to wire. Too early to say about reliability.

Well made and very easy to install. A straight swap for my T100A type mechanical timer for a heated towel rail. Wifi setup and pairing was quick and simple via the SmartLife app. Lots of On/Off control and schedule options, including remote control via the app or Alexa ("Alexa - Turn on the Towel Radiator for 1 hour"). Importantly for me, there will be no more resetting of the clock when there is a power cut or when the clocks go back/forward - yaaay! Disappointingly though, unlike my other Smart devices, there is NO integrated Energy Monitor despite the claim in the description. Doubly disappointing seeing it's from a company that it promoting low energy products. I would have given it 5 start otherwise.
