Ich nehme Granatapfel-Extrakt seit einigen Wochen regelmäßig ein und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Kapseln sind leicht zu schlucken, gut verträglich und haben keinen Nachgeschmack. Mi piace, lo prendo con una bella spremuta d'arancia e faccio il pieno di vitamine e antiossidanti. Sicuramente lo prenderò tutto il periodo invernale da quando ne faccio uso o constatato meno raffreddori e passano più in fretta, lavorando in ambienti freddi e un aiuto importante.

Ich hatte mir die Kapseln besonders wegen der Wirkung auf die Psyche ( Stimmung) und bei östrogenbedingten Schlafstörungen, teils mit Hitzewallungen, besorgt. Schon ab der 3. Nacht bin ich nicht mehr gefühlt alle 15 Minuten aufgewacht, sondern nur noch 1-2 mal, ganz kurz! Der Schlaf insgesamt ist viel tiefer und erholsamer, das ist ein großer Zugewinn an Lebensqualität 😊 Tagsüber habe ich mehr Energie, und insgesamt eine viel bessere Stimmung. Ich werde definitiv weitermachen mit dem Granatapfel.
