How long does this last? Is there an expiration date?

I used it right away since I needed it for an experiment. But I am sure that it will last for at least 6mo to 9mo in the fridge

do you remove the lid completely to microwave? Or do you just loosen the lid. Wanting to avoid exposure to bacteria before pouring in petri dishes.

Loosening the lid should be fine, as long as the bottle isn't sealed

Is bottle autoclavable?

Yes, but you will need to loosen the cap first.

Do you have to use it all after heating it up? Or, say 1/2 one week keep it in the refrigerator and reheat it to use the other 1/2 a month later?

You can heat it up and pour the amount needed and then let it cool and reheat it again. However, you will need to be careful as the nutrient agar is sterile so you can introduce bacteria to the bottle and it will grow on the agar.
