Are these comfortable doing push up and pull up? I prefer body weight exercises so will these still be helpful?

^^You're not supposed to use BFR bands with heavy weight. It's meant to be used with lighter weight and fatigue the muscle faster. 30, 15, 15 reps with 30-60 seconds of rest in between.
