Great conditioning tool for Rec Gymnastics
We use these in our gym for kids that are on restricted movement for a injury. If they can't do a station because of the injury, they pick a card to do. It has been a great way to keep them working in the gym and learning skills they can do with a fun conditioning tool.

Kids love it. Makes exercise fun however they do need help to read cards and ensure they are doing moves correctly. If you want to get involved with kids this is a great games. Cards are separated by skill levels

Got this for my niece who is in gymnastics as a way to practice at home. She loves it. She draws a card and performs what it says. Has helped her with correcting some of her moves.

There are a variety of games to choose from - so your child doesnt lose interest. The cards are separated by skill level, so this is great for both new and experienced soccer players. You can play by yourself or with others. You can play it as a game or just pick a variety of cards to practice a set of skills. This is great for coaches to use to help players warm up or use during practice. The cards are clear and easy to understand. I am so so happy with this purchase, and definitely recommend it.

Gymnastics loving kid
Ordered this for our daughter who loves gymnastics. It’s a great game for her and friends that love gymnastics to play or just by herself. Some of the moves are definitely more advanced.

My son loved it but was dissapointed by the small box with no accessories and somehow the skills are easy and general... not really soccer specific skills exercises! Not worth the price.
