I always have a sticky mess even after washing the goo off the bottle and letting it be.** A: I used it to hold a wig in place. It worked great. use your finger or a Q-tip to put a thin layer around whatever you are trying to keep in place and keep pressure on it for at least a minute. Yes neck of the bottle does get sticky no matter how often you clean it, but it's intended to be sticky stuff and there's not much you can do about it.
