great fan, maintains temp and humidity much better than old setup. fan is fairly quiet and carbon filter works wonders. definitely recommend if looking to upgrade indoor exhaust system.

UPDATE: Great fan from a great company with some of the better customer support I've dealt with. Purchased in December and left the initial review. I was contacted by Mars Hydro in regards to my problem. I told them I was fine with what I received and left it at that. Jump forward almost 5 months later to the other night when I responded to their message. After a few back and forth messages, trying everything they suggested, we finally found the solution. If you're phone can't find the device in BT, make sure your location on your phone/tablet is turned ON. I'm not sure if this is stated in the operation manual or anything. They were still willing to help me fix the problem even after I told them I was okay with it not being the right one and not responding to their messages for months. This may be the first instance where customer support actually helped me to fix a problem. ORIGINAL: I ordered the iFresh inline fan, that's supposed to connect to an app on your phone. I either just can't get mine to even be discoverable on the app or I wasn't given the correct fan and just got a normal one with a speed controller and a useless temperature probe. I followed the instructions on the Mars Hydro site on how to connect it and how to reset it. Clicking the speed controller on and off 3-5 times in quick succession will cause the fan to make a clicking noise 3 times letting you know it was reset. Mine doesn't do that which make me think it's just the regular speed controlled fan.

I wanted to like this product because I've bought their tent and lights, and they were great. First, the straps are just tedious, slow and tedious. I would have been better off just using zip ties, because the straps are way to long for a tent this size, and they're cheap feeling. Second, the carbon filter and inline fan are a very loose fit. It needs to be snug to prevent the smell from escaping, and I had to use duct tape to seel it. If there was some sort of coupler that conjoins them, that was missing as well. Third, the smart controller is now integrated into the fan, so it can be accessed via the app, but there was no mention that it had been changed, and the installation video still shows the old system. Confusing. Fourth, there were no instructions of any kind, and I had to use YouTube to get an idea of what I was supposed to do. Most of the instructions were for use of the old version of smart controller. The fan and filter do look to be of decent quality, and the fan is quiet.

Awesome exhaust fan, keeps humidity accurate and temperature. Connects to phone app or ihub controller. Would buy this item again

Not only does it have a mind of its own, changes speed randomly, Customer Service cannot find a solution or a replacement after 2 months of communication, video submission and excuse after excuse.

Had problem with it turning on and off but downloaded the updated version software from the app and it works good.

I'm very happy with my fan. The speed adjustment is very accurate, the CFM is great! It moves enough Cubic Feet of air per minuite to keep my grow tent cool easily. And that with using High Pressure Sodium and Metal Hallide lights, 800 WATTS! I highly recommend!

Not a big fan of this fan I bought a cheap amazon fan and it threw this fan in the dirt Definitely wold not buy again

The app for this fan and reaction from fan by the app is confusing and does not work as they say it should. It's either run like a fan all the time or use limit switch. However the fan will not work with limit switches at all. It just runs all the time. The app is super confusing with strategy switch limits as they don't work. Been trying to have it work with mars for 2 months, still does not work. Same with smart lights.. they don't bind to wifi when more than 1 smart light and do not work as a Daisy Chain. Mars has allot of work yet to be leader in smart tech.

Der Aufbau ist intuitiv und auch die Anleitung ist trotz des Formfaktors übersichtlich. Unboxing ist sehr positiv. Auf der kleinsten Stufe (25%) ist er im Raum nicht hörbar! Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist hervorragend und nach mehreren Monaten kann ich auch die Langlebigkeit als gut bewerten. Ob per App, nur mit Sensor, dem Smarthub oder den Drehzahlregler mich konnte alles überzeugen. Für Zelte bis 100x100x200 dann wird es denke ich zu laut.
