Shiny hair!
Great affect on my hair but not exactly a steam iron. It doesn't always spray the water to make the steam. However it has great low settings that are effective. I love the quality and durability.

Disappointed
I haven't used them yet but these are the real deal Holy Field. I was so excited to receive the hair straightener until...today is April 5, 2018. I have read all directions for the hair straightener. I tried turning it on according to the directions. I noticed right where you turn them on and set the temperature, there is a crack in the panel which may be causing them not to stay on. I'm so disappointed.

Even it does smells a little, the results are as expected.

Bad order
I am very disappointed. I received the package with the straightener already used. I could tell because I saw oil residue on the inner sides of the straightener. I also saw water was already filled inside meaning someone has likely used it already and didnโt empty it before returning. I did not order a used product.
