Best cheddar I've ever had
Consistently delicious! I've been ordering this product for several years and it's always good, always well packed and shipped quickly. BONUS: I'm lactose intolerant but as I understand it, as cheddar ages, bacteria consume the lactose. I can eat this cheese without any adverse digestive consequences. Also, the price hasn't gone up recently. Amazing!

Thee BEST extra sharp cheddar that I've head in a long time! I live in NW Iowa and you can't buy a good extra sharp aged cheddar. I worked for a large dairy cooperative and made cheddar cheese for 30+ years. I've tasted and graded more cheese than you can imagine and this cheddar is spot on as far as what I consider a close to perfect aged cheddar. Not really crumbly but breaks apart nicely, no crystals, but has a nice sharp bite and a nice tang on the sides of the tongue. This isn't cheap but it's top quality and I'm sure I'll buy more. Showed up a day early, cold pack was still cold, very well packaged! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone!

Great sharp cheddar
Having grown up in SW Wisconsin & having ready access to wonderful aged sharp cheddars, I’m pretty particular about my cheese. Not having ordered cheese from this supplier, I hoped it would not disappoint. Indeed, it did not! Really good flavor profile, surprisingly creamy with good bite! I’d definitely order it again! It’s really good cheese!

Very Good Aged Cheddar
For a 5 year old cheddar I had expected a lot of crystals to have formed in the cheese. There are not many if that is what you are looking for. But, it is extremely flavorful and a excellent sharp cheddar cheese. All I can say is that I ordered more; that should say something.

If you like great cheddar this is your cheese!
Delicious Cheese, great cheddar flavor, creamy texture and arrived on time with ice pack so just as fresh as if brought home from a local store. All this during difficulties of pandemic, so Bless You Wisconsin Cheese Mart for your employees & farmers continuing to serve us at such high levels of quality!

Good flavor.
Excellent cheese, it's sharp maybe extra sharp but not seriously sharp. Reminds me somewhat of the old country store cheese wheels where they cut a wedge to suit and wrapped in brown paper, but alas they don't exist now days.

So good!
Sharp and full of flavour. Crumbly. Makes everything cheesy better. Including appetizers or alongside apple pie or other dessert. It has little in common with store bought cheddar.
