Great for mulitple choice settings
Great light with 3 brightness levels also can be on or flashing modes. The rubber band fitting means it fits great on my mobility scooter which has a much thicker pole than a bike has. Very happy.

Effective good value led light set.
Just as good as my earlier LEDs. Easy to charge and use.

Versatile lights for visibility
Convenience: they use a simple silicon strap for mounting to your bike, and a square slot to attach the lights. The lights can be attached either horizontally or vertically then angled for best visibility, which is important. They're quite solidly-built and the button is easily found by touch. Criticisms: the silicon grommet for the charging port is flimsy and will no doubt be lost before long; the water-proofing would appear to be quite basic; the USB cables are the expected low quality, and the USB mini-B connector is an ancient standard which was always fiddly and annoying. General: they're very bright at a claimed 120 Lms but - as they fairly warn, that's insufficient for lighting the road. The price is right and I would buy from the manufacturer again; perhaps their bigger front light to compliment the set.

Won't buy again
The idea is right but the final product is very poor overall. Bright enough to be seen from reasonable distance while it worked. Filled up with water on a rainy day and stopped working. Very disappointed that a bike light is not waterproof to some degree. Wont be buying another one

I noticed once again during the cooler months rats hanging out in my car engine area. Purchased these lights to place it inside my car engine area to keep the rats out from under my hood. This thing is not only bright, but it also lasts 10+ hours using the low strobe setting. I am really impressed with it. I bought both the front and rear lights. I used the rear red light under my car hood and it resolved my rat problem. Just be sure to only install it while the car is parked over night and remove it the following morning to recharge it for the next night. The light is very bright and good quality product. If you have problems with rats, try using this light instead of moth balls or sprays. It definitely worked for me.

Product is for a kids bike. Item is lightweight, inexpensive, ez to use, small and compact, very bright and multiple modes and intensities. Light can be positioned vertically or horizontally and can accomodate different stems or bike parts for install. Great value. Ez to charge. Good battery life.

So I had originally purchased these lights in January of 2017 and left a 1 star review for having issues with the battery staying charged when temperatures dropped below 20 F. They would either be dead by morning after fully charging the night before or the would only last about an hour. Returned that set to Amazon and got a replacement. They did work better but would still be drained quickly in the cold. Well, 2 years later I am still using the lights and out of the blue, the company (Xcel Industries) contacted me about sending a refund and a replacement. They refunded and replaced both sets of lights! Now I have 2 sets of lights and didn't have to pay. Didn't expect that. So now I am rewriting my review for the awesome customer service. On to the lights. This set is for a front white light and rear red light. Both are identical in function, press the button for high steady, again for low steady. Press and hold for 3 seconds for high strobe and press again for low strobe. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off. Personally I would have preferred not having to hold the button, just press to cycle through the modes then off, but it does work fine. They are very bright and do a great job of making you visible at night. The front white light is a visibility light, meaning to be seen, not to see by. The light is too diffused to be used as a headlight, get something with a focused beam. But still, I am a firm believer in having a steady head light (so you can see) and a flashing white light (so others can see you ) in front. I ride with a rear red light on the bike and my helmet. 4 lights for every ride, makes you a lot more visible I am still docking 1 star for the mounting bands. The band is decent quality rubber but I don't like the plastic bracket the light slots into. The release is a plastic tab you bend back to release the light and it does hinge side to side, but it's plastic also. 1 of the release tabs broke off and the light won't stay in bracket. I had another rubber mounting band with just a circular hole in it and these lights will fit in to that, but I would say the mounting bracket is easily broken. In my previous review, I ragged on the charging port cover, they felt really thin and flimsy to me. Well, they have worked well in the last 2 years (and I ride 5 days a week), they have never popper out on their own and they have kept the rain and water out. The port is corrosion free, so they work just fine. They are a bit finicky to put back in, but they're captive so you won't lose entirely. Overall, a good, bright light. I don't like the mounting bands, but there are bright and rechargeable. I did have an issue with the first set staying charged in sub freezing temps, but the company has proven to have great customer service and to stand behind their product.

Looks good. Use on my ebike. I like the stroke mode to get the attention of oncoming traffic. Not bright enough to use a headlight for night ride.
