The pots and pans to 500 degrees, the glass lids to 350 degrees. **Q: Where is this product made?** A: Oddly, it's not stamped on pots/pans nor is it listed on product brochure; however, the box says, made in china. But I must say, they are well made products. I've had my set for a couple years and bought my girlfriend one too. Like anything, if you take care and follow instructions--they will look like new and cook quick and evenly for years. But they do scratch easily of you use metal utensil...which they warn clearly against...plastic utensils are the way to go and the clean up easier than any dish you've ever had. I had a set of old cookware that was peeling on the bottom of some of the pots and scratched on the inside - so they had to go. This set replaced that perfectly. I already used one of the fry pans and clean up was super easy. I could have easily hand washed it but because they are dishwasher safe, I opted to check it out. Granted, I've not had this set for long but the way it's made, I can tell, it's going to last. The pasta strainer is a nice touch too!
