Pros: -I absoluetly love this thing! It's a miracle! It's so soft and very stretchy and helps me stay calm and emotionally regulated and feel safe and increase or reduce sensory input as needed. -You can run around in it, stretch, or lay down, sleep, rest quietly. -You can put your head and upper body inside or out entirely. Any part of you can use it or not use it at any given time as you choose. -The color is neat. -Seems very durable, haven't washed it yet. -Other people love it and think it's cool when I show them. Cons: -The seams are definitely noticeable and potentionally irritating feeling to a person with sensory issues. They bother me slightly but someone with major sensory issues may not want to use this because of the seams. -It seems a little loose for me. I am 5'2 and over 200lbs and ordered the one for my height bracket and wish I had sized down for a snugger fit. I solve this problem by wrapping it tighter and bunching up the extra material. Depends if you prefer a tight or loose fit. -It's fairly expensive, but a great investment. Overall: Buy it!! A great product!
