Damaged Product Delivered and not picking up the return
I received a damaged product, and, per Amazon's policy, I had to contact Nokia support. On that itself, I contacted Nokia's Customer Support (CS) and raised a Service Request (SR) As per the CS team, the item will be picked up by the courier Delhivery the next day. It has been a week now, and till now no one has come to pick up the cell phone. On the first day, I got a message from Delhivery about the pickup. Every evening, I receive messages stating 'unable to pickup,' and every morning, I receive a fresh message stating the item will be picked up today. Delhivery's help desk number is not available in the app, and the only way is to create a service request and add comments to it. Even for my everyday comments asking for updates, they give an automated reply saying it will be picked up today. When I call the delivery person's number (which is given in the SR), the person either doesn't pick up or disconnects after a few rings. I would suggest not to buy this item here, and it's better to go to a local shop & buy , so that we can check whether the phone is working before buying.
