Is the build for the Ford Explorer the same as in the T-Rex Breackout?

The Ford Explorer builds are different between the Triceratops Research 76959 and T-Rex Breakout 76956. You can preview the builds on lego.com to the see the exact differences, but the notable differences from a quick review is that the Triceratops Ford Explorer doesn't have windshield wipers, the two glasses of water, and video camera pieces.
