I ordered this heated waist belt to help my back pains and because I have bought other Comfier products and found them to be excellent. This heated waist belt is no different. It arrived well-packaged and on time. On opening the box I was pleased to find that it includes an extension strap, I am a large person and the strap fitted comfortably around my waist. It also fitted around my wife's waist without the strap (size 10) making it suitable for various body sizes. It has heat settings and vibration settings, and uses vibrating pads rather than shiatsu nodes, which I found provided a gentle soothing experience that helped to ease my back pain. The heat function was hot enough without being uncomfortable. The control pad is thoughtfully designed and has a long cord allowing it to sit comfortably in front, and its intuitive controls make adjustments effortless when using the device. Being cordless, it offers great mobility, making it easy to use anywhere around the house. This is an amazing item. Works wonders, 5 starts would have been given (but the treading in the strap and extender and coming loose and needs restitchkng after wearing twice. This was a gift. Tried reaching out to store for replacement but no contact details for the UK customers found

I have brought 3 of these over the last 4 months to combat severe Sciatica. The belt works reducing the back pain but in all cases, the belt completely stopped working within about 6 weeks. After the second failure I contacted Comfier Customer Support and after a delayed email chain, they said they would send out a replacement. These are supposed to have a 3 year warranty. The last contact was one month ago and I have not received a replacement. I ended up buying a belt from a different company so fingers crossed for this one. Belt 1 Ordered 21st October > Stopped working 5th December 2025 Belt 2 Ordered 6th December > Stopped working 16 January 2026 Belt 3 Ordered 17th January > Stopped working 6th March 2026

A great belt. Easy to use and comfortable to wear. The massage settings are really soothing, it also doesn’t get to hot but just reaches a comfortable temperature. It has been a god send for my sciatica. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from back pain.
